According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average number of people who changed jobs between the ages of 18-24 and 35 was 5.7. The figure drops to two to four between the ages of 25 to 34. This number drops to 2.9 changes between the ages of 35 and 44, and 1.9 changes between 45 and 52. This trend may not translate into career shifts, as changes may not always be the exact same.
Gen Z
